This hotel is a great choice for accommodation in Noosaville. The rooms have been fully renovated and are in good clean condition. I especially loved the nice balcony where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The location is perfect, just minutes away from the river, allowing for easy access to water sports or a refreshing swim.
Nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Comfortable and well-appointed. Reasonable rates.
I prefer to have a toilet separate to the bathroom when travelling with friends. Only mirror was in the bathroom.

Great proximity to the river and child-friendly with three pools nearby. The apartment had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including comfortable beds and ample cooking utensils.
The receptionist was not particularly friendly or helpful. the WiFi speed was too slow to use effectively.

We found this accommodation was good value for money and provided a well appointed and comfortable self contained apartment centrally located to the retail outlets in Noosaville. The grounds of the resort were well maintained and beautifully landscaped and off street car parking was generous in area to allow maneuvering of vehicles with ease. The unit we stayed in was all on one level [ground floor] and would be very suitable to anyone who would rather not climb stairs. There was a small court yard external to the main bedroom and a larger external eating area immediate to the front entrance. There was no noise to speak of from adjacent units and the swimming pool area was away enough to also prevent noise pollution invading the unit area. All in all would happily stay here again.
The air conditioner remote control would not work - flat batteries - approached the onsite managers and they were replaced. But still did not operate the AC correctly so as it was only a short stay and the weather was comfortable did not bother with the remote - resorted to operating the AC with the manual controls as needed. One other issue was the dining table which appeared to be recently purchased had on chair that was a bit twisted out of alignment and the manager removed this upon our request.

Apart from the above questions, already answered, we found it very peaceful & relaxing.
Suggest that the slight step up (25mm approx) into bathroom from other areas should have a ramp as this is a possible hazzard. Minor issue only.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hotel facilities were fantastic with three beautiful pools and two great barbeque areas. The hotel's location is perfect, right on the riverfront and only a few minutes' walk to the beach. Transportation was also easy with a bus stop only 30 meters away from the hotel's entrance. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable, with it's well-maintained gardens, pools, and barbecue area.
Everything great.

Everything was great, but my husband considered it to be a little noisy, i.e. the traffic at a very early hour. However, one could not expect the location to be very quiet due its location, which, to me, outweighed the noise factor. I loved the fact that within a few minutes of walking there were many 'eateries' and good coffee, with the water just across the road (Clearwater is situated in a street, just off the main road/strip, which runs along the waterfront.
It was perfect, and our spot was very private. Would certainly recommend it. A bonus for me .. there was no interference at all when using the internet, and I was able to do some work. My only concern during our 'road trip' (and this did not relate to Clearwater) was that when inputting data on the GPS, the hotel location often did not relate to the 'actual' as far as maps are concerned. Along with the name, address, and phone number of the respective hotels should be included the name of the area you would enter on your GPS, i.e. where we stayed at Gympie, we could not locate the address, and somehow we came across "Monkland" and then the GPS was able to pick up. This was very annoying to say the least, as we had arrived when it was dark.

A bit far from everything, but it was chosen by our friends not us, and we all wanted to stay at the one location. They would not stay there again, for that reason. Too far from Supermarket etc as they did not have a car.

Good security, quiet.
Filthy rooms, poorly maintained and made my skin crawl sleeping in bed.
